What size do I need?

The NUK First Choice plus range comes in a varety of sizes - First pick the age of your child (0-6 months or 6-18 months) this is the physical size of the teat.

Next, choose the hole size (flow) based on what you will be feeding - For breast milk you will need a small (S) hole, for formula a medium (M)

Tip: If you are mixed feeding get a set of each and keep them labeled in a zip lock bag or container.
